Who are you reaching? 700 local A/E/C professionals
What is the event? A summer kickball tournament benefiting Engineers Without Borders, Portland Professionals Chapter
Where will the event take place? Glen Haven Park (NE 82nd and NE Siskiyou St)
When is the event? Saturday, July 16th, 2011
Why should I donate? EWB-Portland is a local non-profit organization providing technical expertise and leadership in developing communities around the world. Our volunteers devote a tremendous amount of time and energy to make a difference in the lives of others and we need your support! Plus - don't you want your company to be a part of one of the coolest events this summer?
How will EWB promote this event? EWB-Portland is promoting this event through approximately 5 e-blasts sent to the entire EWB-Portland list, a 10 minute presentation at every monthly EWB chapter meeting, and web page dedicated to the event. EWB is also reaching out to the local news media to have press coverage at the event.
Donation options:
Spectator ($150): Displays your name on the EWB website and on event material
All Star ($400): Displays your name on the EWB website, primary tournament sign, and official Kickball Without Borders event t-shirt (second tier)
MVP ($900): Name a field after your company, EWB website, primary tournament sign, and official Kickball Without Borders event t-shirt (top tier)
**Leading MVP Sponsor (highest donation) receives the main field naming.**
